Message dated May 16 was read stating the House passed and returned                                                             
for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 100 "An Act relating to                                                                       
municipal liens" with the following amendment:                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
          HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 100(RLS)                                                                                 
          "An Act relating to municipal liens; relating to                                                                      
          service areas in second class boroughs; relating to a                                                                 
          municipal tax exemption or deferral for economic                                                                      
          development property; relating to a municipal tax                                                                     
          exemption for a fire protection system; and providing                                                                 
          for an effective date." (Title Change HCR 11)                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senator Micciche moved that the Senate concur in the House

Senator Micciche moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote                                                                
on concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clause.
